Höchste Lackierqualität und Anlagenverfügbarkeit von Roboterlackieranlagen benötigt qualifizierte und motivierte Mitarbeiter. Dies setzt eine kontinuierliche Aus- und Weiterbildung voraus.

Die REITER GmbH + Co. KG Oberflächentechnik hat Schulungsprogramme entwickelt für Mitarbeiter, die an und mit Lackieranlagen arbeiten. Für Anlagenbediener, Programmierer, Wartungspersonal oder Projektleiter werden sowohl Grundlagen als auch Aufbaukurse durchgeführt.

Die Schwerpunkte der Schulungen liegen im Bedienen, Instandhalten und Programmieren komplexer Applikationsanlagen in Verbindung mit den neusten FANUC Lackierrobotern. Die Schulungen sind unabhängig von den vorhandenen Lackiersystemen und nicht nur für REITER Kunden, zugänglich.

Neben den angebotenen lackierspezifischen Schulungen mit FANUC Lackierrobotern, können auch kundenspezifische Schulungen für Hochrotationszestäuber, Scheibenzerstäuber und luftzerstäubende Anlagen bedarfsgerecht auf der beim Kunden vorhandenen Lackieranlage festgelegt werden.

Die praxisnahen Schulungen und Workshops werden im hausinternen Technikum der REITER GmbH + CO. KG Oberflächentechnik in Winnenden durchgeführt.

Training for Users of FANUC Painting Robots

Qualified and motivated employees are necessary for best paint quality and equipment availability of robot painting installations. Prerequisite for this is continuous training and education.

REITER GmbH + Co. KG has developed training programs for employees who work with painting installations. Basic courses and advanced training courses are offered for operators, programmers, maintenance personnel and project leaders.

The main focus of this training is operating, maintenance and programming of complex installations in connection with the latest FANUC painting robots. The training is independent of existing painting systems and is available not only for Reiter customers.

Beside the offered paint specific training with FANUC painting robots it is possible to schedule specific customer training for existing installations such as high rotation atomizers, disc atomizers and air atomizing installations.

The training and workshops are conducted in the in-house painting installation of REITER GmbH + Co. KG in Winnenden.

Hochrotationsanlage in Finnland

Reiter erhält Auftrag über eine Hochrotationsanlage für die automatische Lackierung von Holzfenster-Einzelteile bei einem der führenden Holzfensterhersteller in Finnland.
Der Auftrag umfasst die Lieferung und Inbetriebnahme einer 2K-Grundlack- und 1K-Decklack-Materialversorgung und elektrostatische Hochrotationszerstäuber HR Center Bell.

REITER Brasil Ltda. will be active as provider for painting services for Tier-1 system suppliers by the middle of the next year. The sales and services for Reiter painting systems is the second purpose of the company.
